Claw Cigar Lighter, French

Very unusual 19th century Continental bronze tobacco cigar lighter. The beautifully cast head, smoking a cigar, is mounted on a bird claw. There is a reservoir that can be filled with oil through a hinged portion at the top. A wick can come out of the cigar for lighting up.
